MHF ASAP!
Mental Health Facilitator
MHF was developed by the World Health Organisation (W.H.O) and the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC, USA) to help bridge the gap between mental health needs and the availability of services and resources in communities.
MHF ASAP! Is a population-based approach to improving the capacity to respond to mental health needs in the community. It is intended to create awareness, educate and increase interpersonal communication skills as well as problem-solving and goal-setting capabilities. The modules enhance knowledge about mental health challenges and other topics that influence the wellbeing, health and family life of our communities.
People with MHF training complement existing resources in a community by helping people who appear to have a mental health–related challenge or may be at risk of harm. This may be in your workplace, community setting or with your friends and family.
The MHF curriculum includes but is not limited to;

The MHF program is practical, accesssible & engaging. It provides foundational mental health responder skills & education to people across all sectors.

The course is delivered over 16 hours, this can be 2 x full days or 4 x half days.
We are able to provide the course in the following formats; Online, Hybrid or In-Person.
All materials and sessions are available in both Arabic & English.

MHF is certified by the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC, USA). It is not a counseling certificate and does not qualify participants as such.
After certification, registration is made on the NBCC international database, on successful completion you will remain as an identified Mental Health Facilitator in the region, for life!
Cost for independent delegates;
Online & Hybrid: 1,495 AED
In-person (including printed materials): 1,695 AED
